Chroma Apartments

Chroma Apartments is a residential community within the Central Park development in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Located near UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital and set alongside the development’s retail village and park, the project offers residents a connected lifestyle in an otherwise auto-oriented area.

Developed across two phases, the project includes a mix of studio apartments, two- and three-story apartment buildings, for-rent townhomes, and carriage units with detached garages. Residents can walk to the Central Park retail village for dining and errands or to the park for time outdoors. Within the community, landscaped courtyards, an 8,300-square-foot clubhouse, and a pool provide modern spaces for daily life.

Redland provided Civil Engineering services for Chroma Apartments, coordinating grading, utilities, and site circulation across both project phases. This work established a unified site framework for multiple building types, amenity spaces, and parking, creating a cohesive residential environment within the larger Central Park development.
