Christy Sports – Dillon

Ideally situated in the heart of Colorado’s High Country, this Christy Sports location benefits from strong visibility and easy access just off US Highway 6 in Dillon. A 17,105 square-foot, multi-story retail store was constructed to serve both Colorado locals and visiting outdoor enthusiasts seeking high-quality gear for every season. The project redeveloped the site by removing the existing building and parking lot to accommodate the new facility. Redland provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services, supporting the project with stormwater quality improvements, underground stormwater detention, and site design to ensure long-term functionality and performance.
