Arvada Parks & Fleet Building

This project was completed for the City of Arvada and focused on the development of a new Parks Department and Fleet Maintenance facility. The project includes a 41,339 square-foot building situated on a 4-acre site, with portions of the original building removed to accommodate the new development.

Redland provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture services for the project, which included off-site stormwater quality improvements requiring coordination and permitting with Union Pacific Railroad. Additional work involved the relocation of the Juchem Ditch and the design of stormwater quality improvements serving a portion of the adjacent property, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term site functionality.
