Chipotle at Prairie Center

Redland partnered with FHA Architecture and Chipotle to help establish Colorado’s first ever drive-thru Chipotle. The site is located within the Prairie Center development in Brighton, CO. The drive-thru provides two lanes, known as Chipotlanes by the company, and is surrounded with prairie style landscaping and bio-retention.

The in-store customer experience is enhanced with a 380-square-foot patio with views of the Rocky Mountains and a variety of low-water-use trees, ornamental grass, and perennial plantings. The landscaping is irrigated with reclaimed water which helps to relieve pressure on the local municipal water supply. Bike racks have been added to promote healthy habits and pedestrian connectivity by giving customers and employees a secure place to store their bikes.
