A 10,800 square-foot free standing emergency department located within the Pine Bluff development at the northeast corner of Parker Road and Hess Road in Parker, Colorado. The Site Plan includes parking and patient and ambulance drop-off areas. Entitlement for the proposed use required a Use by Special Review approval from the Town of Parker.
The landscape design integrates water efficient principles for the majority of the site utilizing low water use trees, shrubs, perennials and native seed. Varied landscape plantings along Parker Road creates a soft edge treatment and reduces the visual impact of the parking and drive isle.
