The Saddle Rock Village shopping center recently welcomed its newest tenant, The Learning Experience. This child development center is 11,000 square feet with a 6,312 square-foot playground and parking lot for 43 cars.

Redland delivered creative solutions to establish a smart and safe one-way loop through the parking field to safely facilitate the drop off and pick up of the children by their parents. In addition, the site plan and grading design addressed an 18-foot vertical grade change across the entire property.

The design of the utility and drainage systems effciently employed the site’s existing infrastructure to minimize costs.
