For the 5,000 square foot HuHot Mongolian Grill restaurant, Redland included a parking lot to accommodate 82 cars, along with easy access to Natches Court. Service area and drainage improvements were completed, all while planning and developing around the site’s Big Dry Creek Interceptor easement.
