Braxton, a 7-story apartment building is quickly rising near the base of Green Mountain. Upon completion, the project will feature 363 residences with panoramic city views and quick access to nearby mountain activities. Braxton is situated on a 3.8-acre redeveloped parcel in Lakewood, Colorado. The apartments will be a welcome addition to the nearby employment hubs of Union Square, the Denver Federal Center, and St. Anthony’s Medical Campus.
Redland was thrilled to assist the developer, Carmel Partners, with another successful project by providing entitlement coordination, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services. Coordination with numerous review agencies, Lone Tree, Southgate Water & Sanitation District, Denver Water, Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 1, were some of many pieces that were critical to the success of the project.
