Berkley Shores is an 8.9-acre infill neighborhood located in Adams County. The recently constructed neighborhood offers 72 attached two and three-story townhomes, all in close proximity to RTD lightrail stations, the Rocky Mountains, and the Berkley neighborhood. The neighborhood’s captivating feature is Lake Pomponio, the lake hosts 17 single family waterfront homes and is easily accessible to all tenants. An open space anchors the West Side of Lake Pomponio and includes a community garden, play lawn, and connects the neighborhood trail network. Redland provided land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and entitlement services for the project.
