Weingarten Realty attracted a 40,000 square-foot Conn’s HomePlus store to River Point at Sheridan. This site required a loading dock, service area, utility connections, front sidewalk area, and drainage solutions.

In order to allow the sanitary service to directly connect to the Big Dry Creek Interceptor within the Santa Fe Drive right-of-way, Redland negotiated with the City of Englewood, Southgate Sanitation District, South Englewood Sanitation District, and CDOT.
