Chris Pangburn

As Redland’s President & CEO, Chris focuses on building strong teams within a growth-oriented culture while guiding the company’s strategic direction and long-term success.

Under Chris’s leadership, Redland has evolved into a full-service land entitlement, infrastructure, and development firm with multiple thriving practice areas, contributing to award-winning projects while earning client loyalty through exceptional service, expertise, and value.

Known for his “anything is possible” mindset and talent for removing barriers, he prioritizes people and team growth while keeping his eye on the firm’s future.

A civil engineer with a BS from Purdue University, Chris began his career working on major Denver projects like the Pepsi Center, Coors Field, and Invesco Field before transitioning into management roles where he developed his leadership approach. Guided by the belief that Redland’s success comes from investing in people, he has created a leadership structure where entry-level employees have risen to become managers, leaders, and principal owners within the company.

When he’s not strategizing Redland’s future, Chris follows his endless curiosity by dabbling in interests from jujitsu to fair-chase hunting. Together with his wife and children, he enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and flavors from around the world.
