Sabbatical Spotlight: William Conway
William Conway recently celebrated his seventh year at Redland with a month-long sabbatical and $5,000 bonus. His attention to detail and project knowledge have been essential to the success of Redland’s Civil Engineering throughout the years. In addition to his technical expertise, he is also one of Redland’s resident bakers, regularly providing home baked goods for the office to enjoy.
The sabbatical program takes associates far and wide, and William is no exception. During his time away, William set out for an expedition to explore Japan. He enjoyed delicious ramen, hiking through Shiretoko National Park, and a memorable sunrise summit of Mt. Fuji.
After his trip, William came home to Colorado for some rest and relaxation before returning to Redland. Our associates (and their sweet tooths) were excited to have him back in office!
William is the 18th recipient of the Redland sabbatical program. Redland is proud to provide this benefit to associates whose loyalty and dedication help make our company better every day.
