Mixed-Use Living in the Rocky Mountains: The Lofts at Red Mountain Breaks Ground

Nov 29, 2017

Redland is helping to bring new, mixed-use living to Colorado’s Western Slope as the Lofts at Red Mountain recently broke ground in Glenwood Springs.

Located adjacent to the Glenwood Meadows retail center (which is also a Redland project), the Lofts at Red Mountain will provide 185 multifamily units, complemented by over 5,000 square feet of retail space.  In addition to the ground floor retail options, future residents are just a short walk away from some of the best retail and dining options in the Roaring Fork Valley.  Completion of this project is anticipated to be Summer of 2018.

Redland is proud to have provided landscape architecture, civil engineering, and entitlement services for the project owners, Stoneleigh Companies, LLC and Realty Capital Management, as well as the project architect KCB Architecture.
