Construction of another Redland project, Barefoot Lakes, is continuing to progress as crews recently broke ground on Filing No. 2.

Located in the Town of Firestone, Barefoot Lakes is a true community for Colorado.  Part of a 1,300 acre, master-planned community, Barefoot Lakes will treat residents to roughly 350 acres of park space and 100 acres of lakes along St. Vrain Creek; truly built for the Colorado-outdoors lifestyle.

With the first filing of 293 homes under construction, demand has already merited construction of a second filing, which will add another 200 home sites to the Barefoot Lakes Community.  Full build-out will eventually include commercial development, schools, and additional park/open space.

Redland is proud to be providing civil engineering and entitlement services for this project, and to be working with Brookfield Residential and Design Workshop on this community as it continues to thrive.
