Our Civil Engineering team recently hit the courts at Epic Pickleball for their annual team building outing. A mix of friendly competition and plenty of laughs made it a great way to reconnect outside the office. Pickleball was new to some, familiar to others, but fun for all. It didn’t take long for everyone to get into the spirit. At Redland, we value opportunities for associates to work together in new ways because it strengthens the communication and collaboration that drive successful projects and a healthy office culture.

Between quick rallies, dinks, and perfectly placed shots, the afternoon was a reminder of how important it is to step back and have a little fun together. Team building outings are a priority for every practice area’s yearly plan. This year’s pickleball match didn’t disappoint, and we’re already looking forward to the next chance to connect and grow as a team.
