Congratulations to Tim Craft and Craft Companies, on the successful approvals of Final Plats 1 and 2 for Crescence in Elbert County. Crescence is known as a “Prairie Sky Community” featuring wide-open sky vistas, gentle rolling hills, familiar neighborhoods, and so much more. The recent approval makes way for the first Crescence neighborhood which will provide a variety of housing types, the Village Center Park, and over 50% open space. The final plats also provide key infrastructure components including a potable water facility, water resource recovery facility, and local streets.
