Chroma Apartments Welcomes Their First Residents

The first residents of Chroma Apartments at Central Park have begun moving in.  Chroma Apartments is a 13.5 acre multi-family development with 263 units in 3-story apartments, for-rent townhomes and unique carriage units. An 8,300 square foot clubhouse and pool offer amenity space to residents. The community is located next to the Shops at Central Park and a short walk from UCHealth at Lucent Boulevard and Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch .
