Verve

Verve is a 10-story luxury apartment building located in the heart of Downtown Denver. Residents get to enjoy living in close proximity to the Museum of Contemporary Art, Union Station, and Confluence Park. This infill mixed-use project features a 3-story underground parking design and 4,000 square-feet of retail space on the main floor.

Redland communicated closely with architectural, structural, plumbing, and landscaping firms to ensure a cohesive final product. Verve required a stormwater management system including underground detention and sandfilter vaults with above grade bio-retention facilities. The entire team worked closely with the City and County of Denver to efficiently and cost-effectively navigate the regulatory process. The result was a beautiful new high-rise building that mixes art and luxury with an active community.
