The Den at Belleview Station is a mixed-use, Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Denver Tech Center, just a short walk to the Belleview light rail station near I-25. Delivered as one of the early residential projects within the Belleview Station district, The Den helped advance a long-term vision for a neighborhood with housing, jobs, everyday amenities, and regional access close at hand.
The five-story development includes 357 apartment units above neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, and services. Residents can step outside to light rail and nearby trails or stay home and enjoy shared courtyards, outdoor gathering areas, fitness spaces, and a rooftop pool.
Redland provided Civil Engineering services for The Den. As one of the early residential developments in the area, the project required resolving grade transitions, sidewalk connections, and building entries in a way that aligned with public infrastructure and anticipated future development nearby. Redland helped establish site and access conditions that supported both the project itself and the broader buildout of Belleview Station. The Den was completed in 2016, setting the stage for subsequent residential projects, including the neighboring Milehouse development.
