A new neighborhood park expansion has been completed in Prairie Center Village V. The latest addition spans 3 acres and welcomes all sorts of amenities for current residents including; new walkways, play lawn, seating, picnic shelter, and modern playground improvements for all to enjoy.

Prairie Center is a contemporary master planned community in Brighton, Colorado, on 2,000 acres with retail and residential developments both of which Redland has taken a major role in helping develop. This latest park addition is conveniently located between the homes, apartments, and stores that reside in Prairie Center.

Redland provided a full suite of services for the project with Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management all being utilized. Other vendor partners included Aztec Consultants, Ensolum, and CTL Thompson.
