Powers Pointe is a 20-acre commercial development located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The center is anchored by a 30,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, a Burlington Factory store, Five-Below and much more. Surrounding the perimeter are multiple restaurants ranging from quick serve to sit-down like Rasing Canes, Longhorn Steakhouse and Tokyo Joe’s.

Redland contributed additional inline pad sites and outlet opportunities on-site, helping Powers Pointe maximize its retail space. This premier location has attracted more growth and more traffic, which resulted in Redland making improvements to both Rio Vista Boulevard and Barnes Road. The Redland Civil Engineering team was happy to assist with Powers Pointe and the adjacent roads.
