Pinery West

Pinery West is a 275-acre commercial, retail, light industrial and mixed-use project in Douglas County, Colorado located just south of the Town of Parker. Redland was brought to the project to assume Civil Engineering duties and later added Construction Management due to its construction complexity. Our construction managers were able to successfully deliver the first phase of the project operating under construction plans prepared by multiple consultants.

This project offered a unique set of challenges with a multitude of existing wet and dry utilities running throughout the site. Beginning in 2024, Redland managed earthwork, utilities, roadway improvements, and landscape and irrigation. This work included improvements to Colorado Department of Transportation’s State Highway 83 with road widening and upgrading traffic signals. This work paved the way for a large grocery anchor to start site work in the fall of 2025.

As the surrounding neighborhoods continue to blossom, Pinery West will add over 750,000 square feet of mixed-use real estate to one of the top developing areas in the metro area.
