Midtown Filing 6 is part of a Brownfield project that was previously developed as an aircraft/aerospace manufacturing facility. The Midtown Filing 6 conceptual site plan reinforces the pedestrian friendly framework of the surrounding neighborhood.
A central linear park bisects the neighborhood and provides strong connections to both the future 43 acre regional park to the west and semi-urban community core to the east. With a mix of 3 housing types, Filing 6 will create an eclectic streetscene with a variety of architectural elevation and orientations.
Midtown is designed around a “green” community concept that requires builders to meet or exceed Built Green standards. Low Impact Development (LID) practices were implemented to create a sustainable and environmentally conscious community.
