Barefoot Lakes is a 1,300-acre master planned community situated thirty minutes north of Denver along St. Vrain Creek. The rural site consists of large naturalized lake in a reclaimed quarry and over 150-acres of active and passive recreation programming in the initial project phase.
The Parcel 10 future neighborhood is surrounded by an enhanced landscape parkway, a reclaimed quarry lake amenity and a natural drainage pattern. The neighborhood framework takes advantage of the surrounding open space amenities with strategically located view corridors and multiple trail/pedestrian connects. The paired homes are placed within a modified grid street pattern, greeted with a small neighborhood park at the main entry.
