Travis Frazier PE

Sr. Project Manager

Travis Frazier

As Senior Project Manager at Redland, Travis leads civil engineering projects while coordinating with other service lines to deliver successful developments across the region.

One of Redland’s earliest employees, he has grown with the firm since 2009, advancing from Engineer to Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and contributing to Redland’s leadership as a member of the Board of Directors. His portfolio spans projects of every scale — from small commercial sites to large master-planned communities — along with residential, mixed use, and retail centers such as Ken Caryl Ranch, Prairie Center, and Central Park in Highlands Ranch.

Always looking for a better way forward, Travis brings fresh thinking to tough challenges and innovative approaches to project delivery. For him, the most rewarding projects are those that create meaningful places for people to live and gather.

Born and raised in Littleton, Travis earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. With a grandfather who helped build landmarks in Denver and a father who designed major Colorado projects, it’s no surprise Travis continues that legacy. Today, he guides projects and people with the same community-minded spirit that has shaped Redland from the start.

Outside the office, Travis and his wife are raising two kids while running a small horse-boarding stable in Parker and staying active in 4-H and rodeo events. He’s also an avid fly-fisher and skier (which, in Colorado, is pretty much a job requirement).
