Mike Pietschmann
Client Relations
As Client Relations Manager and Co-Founder of Redland, Mike leads business development and client relationships while representing the company throughout the development community.
Mike’s relationship-first approach and deep market knowledge have secured landmark projects like Great Western Industrial Park, one of Colorado’s largest industrial developments, and the transformative Midtown development, Brookfield Residential’s first mixed use infill community in the U.S.
Known for his extensive network, pulse on market dynamics, and infectious enthusiasm, he serves as a business matchmaker, making mutually-beneficial connections while developing creative solutions for complex projects.
A licensed professional engineer with a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University (Go Green!), Mike has been shaping Colorado’s landscape for over two decades. Guided by the principle of “always find time to give back,” he mentors team members and actively supports Redland’s community initiatives.
When he’s not building communities or cultivating relationships, Mike enjoys Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle with his wife of nearly 20 years and their three daughters. Together, they spend time skiing, hiking, camping, and fishing, making the most of everything our state has to offer.
