As Redland’s Director of Corporate Services, Jared MacDonald leads the company’s internal functions with a focus on coordination and impact.
A University of Kansas graduate with a degree in Sport Management, Jared joined Redland in 2022 after working in the NBA, bringing event and marketing expertise to his role as Marketing Manager. Named to the leadership team in 2025, he continues to help shape the company’s brand and culture while elevating operational capabilities and coordinating internal functions around Redland’s business objectives.
Guided by his belief that good people create good outcomes, he balances efficiency with genuine care for the people who make Redland successful. Whether organizing company events or building new systems, he makes sure everyone feels included and supported.
At home, Jared is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and dad to their young son. Having moved to Colorado from California at age 11 — early enough to claim honorary native status — he’s made the state home. His time off is filled with everything from family lightsaber battles to pickleball, hiking, and golf in Colorado’s outdoors.
