Hitting the Mark: Creative Team Takes on Axe Throwing

Nothing builds trust like a little axe throwing. Our Creative team, composed of Land Planners and Landscape Architects, took team building to a whole new level with their most recent outing. An afternoon of friendly competition, laughter, and a few impressive throws. This event gave everyone a chance to step away from their desks and enjoy each other’s company, all while testing their skills in a new activity.

At Redland, we value collaboration and strengthening relationships, not just with our clients but internally as well. All services have a minimum of two teambuilding outings a year, in addition to onboarding lunches and learning opportunities, there are plenty of ways to get involved with your team at Redland. By investing in these shared experiences, we believe our Land Planners and Landscape Architects become better equipped to work together and design great places.
