Women in Design & Building: Redland Associates Connect With Land Use Leaders

Oct 22, 2018

Three associates at Redland, Susan, Jen, and Deidra recently attended a Women Leaders Happy Hour at Bigsby’s Folly in RiNo to network, connect, and collaborate with other women leaders in land use.

The memorable event included four industry groups partnering together to co-host the evening: Professional Women in Building (PWB), Women in Transportation (WTS), Women in Design (WID), and the Women’s Leadership Initiative of the Urban Land Institute of Colorado (WLI).  Barbara Jackson, Director of Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management team was a guest speaker bringing inspiration to the evening.

Redland is committed to providing all of its employees opportunities for growth and advancements in their careers, and encourages its team members to be effective networkers.  In the words of Mark Maraia in the book Rainmaking Made Simple, “Networking is putting people together for their mutual benefit.  Great networkers focus on how they will help others.”
