At the Wyoming Club, breathtaking views of the Black Hills enhance the tranquil atmosphere at the Wyoming/South Dakota border. The resort master planned community is designed to include indoor and outdoor equestrian facilities, extensive trail systems, 20,000 square foot recreation center, spa, boutique hotels, retail, restaurants, and countless outdoor activities. The Wyoming Club is home to the first Hills & Forrest designed championship golf course in Wyoming. Residents have access to Cheyenne Ridge, a premier hunting lodge in South Dakota, and guided fishing on Lake Oahe.

Housing for the Wyoming Club will incorporate a mix of custom homes and fractional ownership Private Residence Cabins (PRC), all on sizable lots of at least one acre. Redland assisted in seamlessly integrating the community with existing surroundings by landing roadways on existing grades while maintaining all open fields by placing homes right up against the forest edge.
