Westend is located at the site of the former Mail-Well Envelope factory immediately north of City of Cuernavaca Park in Downtown Denver’s Prospect District. Prior to development, the site was burdened with numerous easements and utilities including Union Pacific Railroad, Denver Water, and Metro Wastewater facilities.

Redland worked closely with the development team to clear this classic infill property of encumbrances during the entitlement phase. In addition, Redland provided services including site planning/grading, drainage and detention, parking lot and roadway design, and utility design.
