Within the Gardens on Havana retail center, Ulta occupies a 10,000 square foot retail building with associated parking and loading area on a 2.5 acre site at the southwest corner of Mississippi Avenue and Joliet Street. The project required an entrance plaza, a loading area in the back of the building, utility services, and drainage improvements.
