Prairie Center, a 2,000 acre master planned community, is located just 22 minutes northeast of downtown Denver near the intersection of I-76 and E-470 in Brighton, Colorado. The development has drawn national retailers including Super Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, JC Penney, Michael’s, Pet Smart, and a variety of smaller retail, restaurants, office, and commercial businesses.

In addition to retail and commercial properties, Prairie Center will provide 4,500 homes, a recreation center with pool, schools, and 190 acres of parks and open space including miles of regional trails that interconnect the City of Brighton with the 65 acre Prairie Center Wildlife Sanctuary and Barr Lake State Park.
