Bellco Lone Tree is a redevelopment of an existing restaurant pad located at the southeast corner of South Yosemite Street and Park Meadows Drive.
The Bellco site required the redesign of a regional detention facility and two new rain gardens designed under the criteria of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District Criteria. Several utility relocations were completed while maintaining access to the remainder of the existing center.
Redland provided extensive coordination and consultation with The City of Lone Tree, Denver Water, Southgate Water and Sanitation Districts, and Bellco to meet the desired parameters.
