Chris Pangburn
Chris enjoys helping his clients turn their visions into realities.  Chris offers a wide range of creative expertise from small project design to large project delivery strategy and market positioning. Chris specializes in bringing the right people together for each opportunity. His experience and result oriented approach have been helping to redefine Denver’s skyline for more than 15 years.  Prior to joining Redland Consulting Group, Inc. in 2008 he spent his 5 previous years growing a regional office for a national consulting firm.

Fred Tafoya
Fred enjoys understanding his client’s individual goals and objectives.  Fred believes that a solid team provides the necessary foundation to serve clients and that success is ultimately the result of a team’s collaborative efforts.  His steady management style and more than two decades of experience make him an effective manager for his clients and a mentor to his coworkers.  Prior to joining Redland Consulting Group, Inc. in 2008 he spent his 8 previous years at a Denver based firm helping define many of Colorado’s premier communities.

Mike Pietschmann
Mike enjoys listening to his client’s visions and then assembling the right team for the project.  Mike has the ability to see his client’s goals through his own eyes and then develop creative and cost effective solutions to project challenges.  He is well known within the architectural and planning community as someone committed to bringing cutting edge design to reality through creative engineering solutions.  Prior to joining Redland Consulting Group, Inc. in 2008 he spent his 3 previous years managing a business unit for a national firm’s regional office.
