At Redland we believe our business can only subsist by having mutually successful relationships with our Clients, Colleagues and Communities; what we refer to as our "C's". Redland believes that successful relationships are those that focus on the objectives that brought us together along with a mutual commitment for the success of all involved.

Redland is dedicated to doing our part to ensure the success of our clients, colleagues and communities and pledges to be responsible, solvent and disciplined so that our actions always demonstrate our commitments. We will do so with character, resilience and cheer.

Our Name
Colorado is known for its beautiful mountains and prairies, rivers and wildlife, wide open spaces, colorful landscapes and rich history. Around the world Colorado is known as a western, authentic and free-spirited place where a handshake is the way business is done.

What's less well known about the State of Colorado is that it was named after the Colorado River. Early Spanish explorers saw the river and called it the Colorado or "colored red" River. Congress officially named Colorado a Territory in 1861 and in 1876 Colorado became the 38th State.

The name Redland was chosen to represent the rich history of Colorado and the adventurous spirit of those Spanish explorers who first observed the red rocks, red mountains and red river of our "red land." The great State of Colorado is where Redland's story began.
