Values With Purpose… Redland is dedicated to doing our part to ensure the success of our clients, colleagues and communities and pledges to be responsible, solvent and disciplined so that our actions always demonstrate our commitments. We will do so with character, resilience and cheer. Values With Purpose (pdf download) is one of Redland's guiding documents. The other is Culture Matters which can be found on our Employment page. Our Name What's less well known about the State of Colorado is that it was named after the Colorado River. Early Spanish explorers saw the river and called it the Colorado or "colored red" River. Congress officially named Colorado a Territory in 1861 and in 1876 Colorado became the 38th State. The name Redland was chosen to represent the rich history of Colorado and the adventurous spirit of those Spanish explorers who first observed the red rocks, red mountains and red river of our "red land." The great State of Colorado is where Redland's story began. ©2010, Redland Consulting Group, Inc. |
